Belinda Bouchot joined us in the spring of 2000 upon graduation of the Certified Veterinary Assistant Program. Her cheerful demeanor and love of animals makes people feel right at home when they come through the door.Proud to support our team’s high level of customer service, Belinda is responsible for managing various administrative & reception duties.

Belinda enjoys spending time in the great outdoors.Her love of animals has extended into small animal rescue whenever time & space permits in her home she shares with husband Eric, son Lucas & their menagerie of cats, dogs & fish.

Lori Black - Aldergrove Animal Hospital - Aldergrove, BC

Receptionist

Lori Black joined us in December of 2007 with a background consisting of 13 years experience in Veterinary & Physiotherapy reception duties. With her bubbly personality, exceptional people skills, & natural love of animals, she is a very welcome addition to our reception admitting staff.  In addition to her duties at the Aldergrove Animal Hospital, Lori maintains a very busy schedule as Wife, Mother & Pet-Parent to her husband Daryl, their 2 beautiful daughters Kiara & Hailey as well as their Doberman "Alice", Golden Retriever "Cooper", and Fluffy Feline "Cujo".

Brenda Lane - Aldergrove Animal Hospital - Aldergrove, BC

Brenda Lane
has been our lead technician since the spring of 2001. She has a wonderful way with animals and people, and has gained much experience working in this field for over 17 years.

She has special interests in dentistry and geriatric pets, and she enjoys spending her free time with her husband James, Quin the whippet and her kitty Daquiri.

Kazuko Kobayashi - Aldergrove Animal Hospital - Aldergrove, BC 

 Registered Animal Health Technician

Kazuko Kobayashi joined our team as a Registered Animal Health Technician in the summer of 2005 after graduating from Thompson Rivers University in Kamloops. With an expanding knowledge in Radiology and a passion for Veterinary medicine, this makes her a true asset to our growing hospital. A natural communicator, Kazuko is often called upon to assist our clients with their questions & concerns regarding their pet's Veterinary care. She enjoys spending time with her husband Robert, her son Jacob as well as their cats Sophie and Floyd.

Melissa  - Aldergrove Animal Hospital - Aldergrove, BC 

Registered Animal Health Technician(RAHT) Certified Rehabilitation Assistant(CRA)

Melissa joined our team in May of 2008. Volunteering at an animal hospital during high school fueled her desire to work with animals.  Melissa  completed her Animal Health Technology training from Thompson Rivers University in 2005 and began working as a Registered AHT. It was during this time that she also worked with a Physical Therapist that treated animals and her new love formed - canine rehabilitation. Melissa then spent two more years travelling to Florida and Colorado to complete her Canine Rehabilitation Certificate.  Today, she spends most of her time in The SPAW helping animals recover from surgery, manage pain, or get conditioned for their next race. She is really excited about working with Police Dogs and dogs involved in sports. Melissa is also interested in marketing and teaching. She lives with 2 handsome cats, Riley and Reese, and a beloved French Bulldog, Kennedy.

Cherie Clifford - Aldergrove Animal Hospital - Aldergrove, BC 

Kennel Assistant/Cleaner 

Cherie Clifford joined Aldergrove Animal Hospital in September 2004 as a kennel attendant. Today she makes sure all our guests get cleaned, fed and the appropriate love and play time. She also helps to maintain the cleanliness and organization of the hospital.

She shares her home with numerous rescue cats, 1 dog, mainly called “Good Girl”, 2 tarantulas, “Rose” and “Strawberry”, 1 chameleon, “Hydro” and 1 leopard gecko named “Spike”.

 

Vicki Odeguard - Aldergrove Animal Hospital - Aldergrove, BC 

Vicki Odeguard joined us in the Fall 2009. The hospital has never been cleaner!!
